I’ve always wanted to get into photographing senior portraits. Portraits in general are great but seniors usually lend themselves to doing fun photography which is what I like to do. I wanted to get rolling with the class of 2013 so I decided to start a promotion to get models to work with to build a portfolio.
To attract the models I decided to make postcards to hand out at events. Hopefully Gwinnett Seniors are intrigued by the chance to get a free senior photography session. If not that’s where the prizes come in. The prizes also have a marketing element as well. In doing these shoots I am looking for getting a solid portfolio to promote, but then I need to promote them. The contest will be for the seniors to get as many likes as possible for their photo on facebook. In doing s their senior portraits will be hopefully be seen by many gwinnett seniors. These seniors will then see my ninja skills and hopefully want to hire me to do their senior portraits. I’ve got two signed up already we shall see how it goes!
