Suwanee Sims Lake Park Senior Portraits

I had a great time catching up with Ryan for his Senior portrait session in Suwanee last week. I actually taught him when he was in 8th grade and its always fun to see my former students all grown up. Also it makes me feel old haha. He is a natural for the camera as he has had a background in theatre and even filmmaking himself.

Some of my favorite photos are the ones where we can get dynamic light and interesting backgrounds. I like the sunset coming through the trees as he’s walking. And my favorite photo is probably the one where we use the highlights of the lake as the background and the tree reflections in the water as a frame.

Anyway, great job Ryan and good luck with college!
